About Us
We are a community-based proprietary trading fund for digital nomads. We are committed to identifying, in the shortest time possible, the few individuals from a large population who are suited for forex trading, and providing them with cultivation and support.
Simply put, we are recruiting forex traders—but not experienced traders with years in the field. Excellent traders don't circulate in the job market; they can only be cultivated personally. In other words, we personally select and train our traders, committed to developing qualified traders into fund managers.
Within 30 days (20 working days), we will determine whether newcomers are a good fit for us:
First 15 Calendar Days
Including 5-7 calendar days of course learning, 5 trading days of rules practice and 5 trading days of preparation practice
Final 10 Working Days
Continuous 10 trading days simulated stress testing
Not Suited
We will be honest with you and advise you never to enter secondary markets
Suited
We will allocate capital to you, you will join us starting as a probationary trader

In the world of forex trading, some people are inherently unsuited. They rush for success yet don't know what they truly seek; they glance at surfaces then stop, unable to perceive deeper truths. Or perhaps they should choose those "stable" positions—going through the motions, living predictable days. This isn't disparagement, but reality: forex trading is a battlefield requiring composure, insight, and resilience. If this describes you, other industries may better suit your strengths.
About Income, Benefits, Base Salary, and Compensation Structure
In our minimalist industry, all value comes from market price differences—simple, direct, brutal. As a community-based proprietary trading fund, we establish profit-driven partnerships with all traders, and profit sharing is your income.
Basic Requirements
- •Associate Degree or higher, under 35 years old
- •Serious, meticulous, patient, psychologically healthy
- •Continuous 20 working days (approx. 30 days), Windows computer
- •Independent trading environment
Time Requirements
- •Monday to Friday, minimum guaranteed online 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- •Beijing Time 8:00 PM team leader conference room debrief
Development Plan
Interview Selection & Basic Preparation
Pass interview, complete psychology assessment, establish trading mindset foundation, understand basic requirements and development path for professional traders
- This phase is not included in the 20 trading days, designed to ensure candidates possess the basic qualities and correct understanding to become professional traders
Complete Rules Learning
Quickly familiarize yourself with basic trading system rules
- Phase 1 rules assessment requirement: 15 standard entry points without errors
- Important: Failure to complete rules assessment within 5 working days results in discretionary dismissal
Preparation Practice
After determining trading instruments, practice daily according to stress testing standards
- Practice Goal：Complete at least 8 orders daily, no missed entries, no missed exits, no losses.
Simulated Stress Testing
Testing Standards: 10 consecutive working days of stable profitability
- Possible fees to bear：If you choose to continue practicing and defer testing during days 11-20, you will need to cover the cloud computer standard fee (300 CNY/30 days), please note.
- Important: Failure to complete 10 consecutive profitable days within 20 working days results in dismissal
Small-Amount Live Trading
Practice preparation is allowed, but practice must end and testing must begin within 90 days
- Please coordinate specific strategy adjustments with the team coach before starting. Testing requirements: Maximum drawdown < 5%, after 20 trading days, return rate > 10%
- Small-amount live account size: 1000 USD
Large-Amount Matrix (Professional Trader)
After 20 working days of small-amount live trading consolidation without errors, enter large-amount matrix
- Refine personal trading strategy, pass audit for integration, stability test standards are the qualification line for live trading
- Capital Scale & Position: As trading ability stabilizes, position size gradually increases
- Small-amount live: 1000 USD account
- Large-amount live: Determined based on small-amount live performance
- Position growth: As profit curve rises, gradually increase position scale and profit share ratio
Trading Iron Laws
Trading discipline is like laws and regulations; touching it once brands you as untrustworthy. Once touched, you can never enter the matrix team. A second violation of red lines results in direct dismissal from the team. Trading is like performing surgery—utmost seriousness required, no tolerance for rule violators.
Trading Rule Red Lines
- •Hard stop-loss lines cannot be moved; positions must be set correctly
- •Only standard and aggressive entry methods
- •Cannot hold positions across red折lines
- •Stop-loss and exit must meet rule conditions
- •Take-profit lines can only be used with 5x+ profit
Meeting Discipline Red Lines
- •Students must not add WeChat, phone, or other contact methods
- •Maintain seriousness in conference rooms; no discussion of topics other than trading

This is a forex trader military training camp. Here, we will train you into regular forces (pass assessment) through strict military-style management. After passing, we will issue you weapons and ammunition, send you to the frontlines for combat (live trading), and welcome you back victorious (profitable).
Therefore, we will train you very seriously, because no general wishes to sacrifice the soldiers they've painstakingly trained (we won't send unprofitable traders to the frontlines to become cannon fodder).
After passing the assessment, our relationship is one of mutual cooperation and shared success. You can choose to operate independently or back-to-back with comrades. We are not an employer-employee relationship—you are an independent entrepreneur, an independent individual.
The spoils you capture on the battlefield—at least 60% belong to you personally. As your abilities improve, this ratio will increase, reaching up to 90% and beyond.
Because this is a narrow gate, haven't you heard that "free" may be more "expensive" than money? First, once you commit and are selected, professional trading training requires full dedication. Second, those who truly persevere won't be burdened by money, but indeed "the road is long and arduous." Third, unlike traditional disciplines, you don't need to pay tens of thousands in "tuition"—after all, this is a business of money making money.
